Very fond of my region, I have the passion of its soil and its noble produce whether they come from the groves or our coasts. A passion that I share with our chef whose philosophy puts the product at the center of all his concerns. Respect for the seasons, quality and freshness are the key words that guide his talent.
For that, we pay close attention to the origin of our produce and the selection of our suppliers, often long-time friends in whom I have full confidence.
And it shows on the plate ... It's not me who says so, it is the opinions of many of our guests!

Home-made dishes that sail between land and sea to offer a tasty trip to your palate.
Our red label salmon is smoked by us with beech wood, home-cooked duck livers as well as tasty sauces which complement the delicate flesh of turbot, sole, brill or cod just landed from the fishing boats of Trouville. The irresistible desserts are the fruit of the talent of our chef and his team with a special mention for his spectacular Calvados soufflé which is just almost too good to recommend
Alongside fish returning from the catch, snails from the Auge meadows and Normandy cheeses matured at the Fort Moville farm in the Eure, do not be surprised to find a range of Iberian deli meats or other beautiful specialties from elsewhere. Because during my travels, I take as much pleasure to look for new curiosities to animate our manor as to coming back with beautiful tasty discoveries which make the reputation of their areas. And the same goes for the wine list, which is very dense with more than 100 wines. The promise of unlimited beautiful culinary sensations.
