Very gourmet breakfast

At the Manoir de la Poterie, breakfast is an experience that I wanted to be unique.

Inspired by the Normandy region and revisited with originality, it is offered every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Le Louis XVI restaurant and consists of an artisanal selection of 70 quality regional products. Savory, sweet, hot or cold... There's something for everyone, whether you choose organic or gluten-free.

On the menu: Normandy dairy products (wheels of unsalted butter and semi-salted butter, Borniambuc fromage blanc and mature cheeses, farmhouse yogurts), local jams, fresh seasonal fruit and homemade apple compotes, various fruits in spiced syrup, a variety of 5 local apple juices, organic detox juices, honey produced by our local beekeeper in St Pierre de Cormeilles, homemade pastries, smoked salmon by us, oysters on request, or mini-crêpes and pancakes accompanied by apple jellies or our homemade salted butter caramel. In our chafing dishes, scrambled eggs, grilled sausages and pork belly, at will. And to accompany it all, know that the Domaine de Cézin brut sparkling wine and vanilla Calvados are at discretion.

Open at Open to everyone, even non-residential visitors, this breakfast shakes up traditions and transforms the morning into a true culinary pleasure. 

On request, you can choose to savor this unforgettable moment in front of the fireplace in the lounge or on our terrace sheltered from the wind.
