Reservations are only considered firm after payment of a deposit, deductible at the end of the stay, worth 30% of the total cost of the stay.

All stays or meals offered must be paid in full before the arrival of the Guests.

- Cancellation of Stay -

Less than 48 hours before the expected arrival date, the deposit will be retained and the first night will be due.

- Shortened Stay -

For any interruption of stay not reported 48 hours before the scheduled departure date, the value of one night will be charged by the hotel as compensation.

All reservations are maintained until 6:00 p.m. For any late arrival, please notify us.

- Spa Cancellation -

So that we can guarantee the time of your choice, we advise you to book your appointment in advance. In case of cancellation 12 hours before, 100% of the value of the treatment will be charged.

- No Show -

Any stay not honored will be charged the equivalent of the service.
